A close working relationship with the client and electronic consultant was required in the development of the Energy Egg Product. Sketch rendering designs led the way for fully detailed engineering models which were prototyped and demonstrated in user trials. CAD data was then refined and issued to Toolmakers for production.

•  Styling and concept generation.  Mechanical integration of PCB and battery. 

•  Development Design; progressing the concept through to rapid prototype stage where initial functional and user testing took place.

•  Detailed Design including injection moulding drawings for production tooling.
